Brand & Commercial Films

For restaurants · resorts · startups · growing businesses

Your brand film is the first 90 seconds of your relationship with a customer. It runs on your homepage, in your ads, on the screen at your investor pitch. It has one job: make people feel why you exist — fast.

We shoot real people, real spaces, and real craft. The chef's hands at golden hour, not stock footage of someone laughing at a salad. Films that look like cinema and work like advertising.

  • Anthem / brand story films (60–120 seconds)
  • Product and service commercials for web, social & broadcast
  • New-location and grand-opening launch films
  • Founder and investor-facing fundraise films
  • 4–8 social cutdowns from every shoot, included

Real Estate Films

For luxury agents · brokerages · builders · developers

A photo gallery shows the house. A cinematic film sells the life — morning coffee on the Bayshore balcony, the boat pulling up to the private dock. For $1M+ listings where the buyer is often out of state, your video is the first showing.

Listing films that look like ads, not Zillow walkthroughs: drone aerials, interior cinematography, lifestyle B-roll, and a social-length cut your listing competitors won't have.

  • Cinematic single-listing films (2–3 min) + 60–90s social cut
  • FAA-compliant drone aerials of the property and neighborhood
  • Lifestyle & neighborhood pieces for hot zips
  • Agent personal-brand films
  • Multi-listing monthly packages for active agents

Corporate & Explainer Videos

For companies · schools & universities · nonprofits

"Corporate video" doesn't have to mean boring. Whether it's a recruiting film that makes great candidates want to work for you, an explainer that turns a complicated service into a two-minute story, or an enrollment film for a school district — we make the version people actually watch to the end.

We're comfortable in formal environments: procurement timelines, stakeholder approvals, release forms, multilingual deliverables. We've delivered on tight institutional schedules without drama.

  • Recruiting & employer-brand films
  • Explainer and service-overview videos in plain English
  • Enrollment, campus & program films for education
  • Training and internal communications video
  • Case-study and customer-testimonial series

Documentary & Series

For founders · family businesses · institutions · brands with history

This is the work we're known for. We produce our own documentary series, The Wandering Bostonian — 11 videos shipped across food, travel, hidden gems, community stories, and the series intro — so interview-driven storytelling isn't a side service for us. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

A founder-story film does what no ad can: it makes people trust you. Third-generation restaurant, startup origin story, institution celebrating a milestone — if your business has a story worth telling, we know how to find its teeth.

  • Founder & origin-story documentaries (3–8 min)
  • Heritage films for family businesses and anniversaries
  • Episodic branded series, concept through season delivery
  • Interview-driven institutional storytelling
  • Full archival research, licensing & story development

Events, Aerial & Social Content

For brands that need to show up every week, not once a year

One great video is a moment. A steady stream of them is a marketing engine. Our monthly retainers give you a consistent flow of polished, on-brand short-form content — without hiring an in-house video team.

We also cover the moments that matter: grand openings, chef collab dinners, ribbon cuttings, conferences — shot beautifully and turned around fast while the buzz is still warm.

  • Monthly social content retainers (2–4 reels/month)
  • Event coverage with next-day highlight cuts
  • Aerial photo and video where permitted
  • Live streaming support for events
  • Action-sports video coverage
  • Platform-native vertical edits for Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
  • Quarterly content-day shoots that fill your calendar for months

Straight Answers

Questions clients actually ask

How much does video production cost in Tampa?

Most of our single-video projects land between $3,000 and $20,000 depending on shoot days, locations, and deliverables. Cinematic real estate films start lower; multi-day brand campaigns and documentary work run higher. We always quote a fixed price before any work begins — no surprise invoices, ever.

How long does a project take?

A typical brand film takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Real estate listing films deliver in under a week. Rush timelines are often possible — tell us your deadline and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Do you travel outside Tampa Bay?

Yes. Our home base is Tampa and we serve St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, and Bradenton with no travel fees. We take projects across Florida and beyond — we produce our own travel documentary series, so multi-day location shoots are routine for us.

What's included in the price?

Everything: pre-production planning, crew, cameras, lighting, audio, drone where permitted, editing, color grading, sound mix, licensed music, two rounds of revisions, and final files formatted for every platform you need.

We've never done video before. Is that a problem?

It's the most common thing we hear, and it's never a problem. We handle the entire process and explain every step in plain English. Your job is to know your business — ours is to make it look incredible on camera.

Who owns the final video?

You do. Full usage rights to every deliverable, for as long as you want, on any platform. We keep the raw footage archived in case you ever need a re-edit.

Not sure which one
you need?

That's normal. Tell us the problem — slow listings, a new opening, a hiring push — and we'll tell you which video solves it.
