Tim leads story development, direction, and the edit. He's the one asking "but why should anyone care?" until the answer is on screen. From brand films to ongoing episodic documentary work, his job is making sure every frame earns its place.
Ryan shapes the visual style of each project: lighting, lensing, movement, color, and the final grade. He works with cinema cameras, professional lenses, lighting, and location audio built for polished production.
